What does one year of historical data syncing entail?
When you start with iKizmet, we’ll gather your data from the previous calendar year and current year-to-date. For example, if you start your iKizmet subscription on June 1, 2018, we’ll gather your data from January 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018. All data from June 1 on will automatically sync.
Can iKizmet gather data beyond the previous calendar year?
You bet! We can gather your data back to day one with your current business management software. Each additional calendar year cost $10 per location.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes. We just ask that you let us know five days before your next billing cycle so we can get the ball rolling.
How much time do you need from me to get set up?
Your initial 1 on 1 on-boarding call will usually take up to 45 minutes. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know during that call. The length of that call will depend on the size of your business, the number of pricing options and the number of questions you have as you explore your data. You can schedule as many follow-up calls as you need.
What’s the benefit of using iKizmet with my current business management software?
Data is kind of our speciality. We run custom calculations on your existing data. Through a process of analyzation and organization, we’re able to provide highly-specialized insightful metrics specific to your business. We make your data more accurate and more accessible.
Will I get immediate access to my iKizmet account when I sign up?
Not quite, but close. First, we will need access to your data. You will need to give us permission to access the data from your business management platform. We will assist you with this as each platform has a different process. Once we are granted access, we will import your data, run a few custom calculations, and get your data organized in our database to display in your dashboard. Because of this, setup timing can vary. Typically, you’ll have access to your account and data by the next business day.
